Very easy...and in my youth that is how we always cooked one. It kept from heating up the house..no a/c. :) In fact, if I still had a pressure cooker (nod, nod, wink, wink) that’s how I would cook one.

Make the meatloaf up as normal. If I had a pressure cooker,lol, most came with a raised platform so the juices would drain. Cook for about 15 minutes. The smell of it cooking makes me crazy...super moist but still retains the “loaf” texture.

A meatloaf in 15 min. I know what I’m making this week! I love my pressure cooker but I’ve never done a meatloaf in it.
