As a resident of California - - I think Gov Jerry should spend this possible, temporary, one time wind-fall on his new fangled bullet train. That is sure to make it more profitable, and it will make even MORE money, and will be the most awesome thing ever.
I can't believe how far we have sunk in this pitiful State.

Here’s a suggestion.
Pay off the bonds we’re servicing.
Build more prisons.
Quit implementing more highway tolls.
Lower the cost of licensure in the state, so people can work without having to pay essentially a fine to do it.
