Her visa has expired and she has no way to work...

She should go back to Kenya, and not work for Saudis any more.

No need to stay for a trial, because they’ll have diplomatic immunity. Her visa is expired; why is she here?

The Homeland Security guys are going to have issues with this one. There’s going to be speculation of more such domestic slaves, and the Saudi embassy crowd are going to feel heat. This gal? She might have an invalid visa but they’d have to run a sequence. She won’t be on a plane for at least a year, unless she’s begging them to let her leave.

I wouldn’t count on the Saudis getting any more visas for household employees. Too many questions.

Personally, I think she should be offered the opportunity to get a green card etc., because she was treated in such an unAmerican way in our country. True, it was not by a U.S. citizen, but we do have responsibility for what happens in our country. I also believe Marikio should be given the opportunity to have a green card, and eventually citizenship. He proved he as what it takes to be a U.S. citizen.
