Advertising, like Hollywood and interior decoration industry, is a hotbed of faggotry. Still, these ads must work, no?

Thank you for that link, Bratch.
And I agree with you.
Way too many people need a lot more fiber in their diet...

Rape (male on male) gets huge laughs and is a very commonly expressed hope for criminals and disliked people. You know, I find it odd that any 'conservative' would be fine with male-on-male rape, even in prisons... for one, it's homosexual, two it's rape, and another, it's not just.

For Jerry Sandusky, it’s just.

I am always wary of those guys that instantly start getting excited about the homosexual rape angle, but we see it all the time, even on FR.
Even sitcoms and TV shows treat rape of hetero men as funny and universally amusing.

company would have real balls to run an ad where a guy slaps a woman.
wouldn’t help them sell anything. unless maybe it was gloves or it was for an s&m store.

For Jerry Sandusky, its just. No, it's not -- Rape is never just, never deserved; death, yes, but never rape.
Why? Because rape is a crime against the person, not just bodily, but of the will (and defiling the will is the reason the Bible forbids hypnotism [Deuteronomy 18:9-13]) -- to elaborate on the person part: consider that mankind being made in God's image is fundamental, but in that creation is the attribute of sexuality -- it's a fundamental part of what it means to be a [human] person.

So you’re really claiming it’s OK to execute Sandusky but not OK to rape him?

Caveat: So long as it was the sentence — I believe rape should indeed be a capital offense.

I saw an ad earlier this evening where a mother is on a business trip and she makes a video call to her child at home where the husband — now get ready — is wearing curlers. This is for a hotel chain. A husband in curlers. Do we see a trend with these ads?

If Samsung thought this piece of electronic crap is going to sell, they just killed it with this POS commercial. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING with their label if it was the last one on Earth.

The commercial - which advertises the brand's Evolution Kit, which turns any Samsung TV into an internet-ready Smart TV - portrays men as useless, loutish neanderthals... and women as pushovers who put up with such behaviour. No, Martha, it does not. It depicts A man who is messy, poorly-mannered (farting and grinning about it), and unintelligent... it depicts A woman who wishes there were a device to make him more productive and cooperative in the home... it says NOTHING about ALL men or ALL women. That's just your own desire to become offended about anything and everything, Martha, because you've been taught that being offended is a path to getting attention and rewards. In short, you're a moron, Martha.

In short, you're a moron, Martha. A genuinely TRUE statement.
To: ConservativeStatement
Oh look another dumb white guy. How original.
To: ConservativeStatement
Well, at least he wasn’t bald. Most commercials portray the bald guy as dumb or out of touch.
