Note that I’m not saying that what they did here was OK. It wasn’t - it was a clear and egregious act of intimidation against the press. Just that they seem to have *technically* complied with 4th amendment requirements.
By stating they complied with the requirements of the 4th amendment, you are assuming the probable cause was not based on falsified evidence or statements. Quite an assumption given this crew.
