Subject her to either jail time or that, and she'll start yapping.
If enough people start hammering Congress, maybe they’ll do something to close down the IRS, freeze everyones pay, freeze assets, etc. I bet the whisteblowers will come out of the woodwork, when they aren’t getting their pay and pensions anymore, with the threat of serious consequences. As it is, there’s no real threat yet.
