The problem with Icke's thesis has always been that if these creatures existed they would never have allowed him to publish his book. If, however, the lizards are in fact a metaphor for a group of powerful and rapacious humans who work together to control the economy and subjugate governments and the only way Icke could safely discuss their actions in print was to make himself ridiculous and nonthreatening by claiming they were aliens, then - well, maybe he's on to something.

Human or alien, though, Lois Lerner is one of them. :)
