I understand your point, but why not take already educated and trained Europeans? If Africa already has some educated people, they should stay there and try to fix their country.

Oh, no argument here, whatsoever. I was just pointing out that allowing Africans in didn't have to be the mess that it turned out to be.

True, and its because they were all brought in at once and kept separate, first by force, and then by their own choice. You get a critical mass of foreigners/different racial groups in all at once, and they don't want to assimilate.
