1—They are civil courts, and legally surbordinate to English law.

2—Whether the PM/Milliband does will of course be for the family to decide. If they say yes, there would be outrage if they didnt.

OK,so is that to say that these courts,like other British courts,have legally recognized powers but their decisions are ultimately reviewable by the nation's Supreme Court (as is the case with *our* lower courts)?

Whether the PM/Milliband does will of course be for the family to decide. If they say yes, there would be outrage if they didnt.

Of course they'd get the OK from the family.It's hard to imagine the family refusing if asked but I suppose it's possible.I was wondering whether they're likely to deem the service to be "important" enough for them to attend.
