I wonder about that. As PC as most of Europe and especially their governments and governmental employees are, it seems doubtful that policemen would use those words.

Maybe these 'youths' have learned the advantage of claiming racism at every opportunity.

Also in the Swedish news it was reported that the word was ‘neger’ which simply means black and is not a derogatory term for anyone except the the ultra-PC who attempt to change language on this side of the pond much like you see in the US.
