I pay deeply, ladyjane. You have no idea what amount I write to the IRS. No company should have a zero tax schedule, like GE, that's the problem, an unfair tax system. I posted it was a legal loophole that could be used and the tax code should be more balanced.

And you have no idea the amount I write to the IRS either. However, I take advantage of every tax credit and deduction I can. I don’t call them loopholes. I call them credits and deductions.

Anger at corporations is misplaced. Corporations have a responsibility to their shareholders to turn a profit. Your anger would be better focused on the politicians who write the law that allows corporations to pay lower taxes.
