Introducing I_be_tc's "300 Club" Challenge and NEW Club Roster

FReeper I_be_tc issued a challenge a few weeks ago for 300 FReepers to donate $100 or more to help bring our quarterly fundraiser to a successful completion. We've had over 150 FReepers meet the challenge so far since it was issued.

It's now been suggested that we set this up as a permanent effort and publish a "300 Club" roster periodically similar to our Monthly and Dollar-a-Day club lists.

I think this is a great idea and may help our fundraisers go faster and may help put FR on more of a sound predictable financial footing.
