Anyone who actually believes that line that the amnestized illegals won't be able to get welfare have been doing too many drugs. They obviously don't know how the minds of the Federal boys in the black robes work. Can you say, "unconstitutional"? The Founding Fathers intentionally put into the Constitution that "mean-spirited" American taxpayers could not deny foreign invaders their "rights" to government freebies and handouts.
