There is a famous political joke. The elected official on his first day is taken on a tour of his new office by the outgoing official. A drawer is opened it contains three sealed letters labeled 1, 2, 3. The outgoing politician tells the newcomer that when a crisis happens he is to open one of the letters and do what it tells him.

A crisis occurs and the newly elected official opens the first letter. He reads it, calls a press conference and states that the person who previously held the office is responsible. The scandal subsides.

A second crisis occurs and the newly elected official quickly goes to the desk and opens the second letter. He then smiles and calls a press conference. He tells the reporters that it was his staff who were responsible for the scandal. The scandal subsides.

A third crisis occurs and the newly elected official confidently goes to the desk and opens the third and final letter. Instead of smiling, his face turns ashen. An assistant asks what the letter says. It said, prepare three letters for your replacement.

Obama the big Zero has been blaming Bush for everything for years. He has recently been blaming his staff. He has used up the first two letters and now the media and the public will be coming after him and holding him responsible.
