Well said. If this is true which I don't believe it is, Obama should fire every person who knew of it but didn't inform him.
A decent and honest president would do that but of course he's neither and was probably behind the unconstitutional singling out in the first place.

Obama surrounded himself with "those people". He hand picked everybody.
There are no excuses, and there isn't an "out to lunch" clause for the Presidency.
