Cultural my butt. Since when is it cultural to wear pants low, speak in an inarticulate manner, commit genocide, or accept a substandard life simply to keep from working and then blame your lot if life on being from slaves. BS, it is caused by being lazy and an entitlement mentality fed by stupid self-loathing white do gooders supported by people in their own racec that mooch off the system and become wealthy peddling woe is me.

It’s part of the black American culture not “American” culture. It is also cultural to have children out of wedlock (last stats I saw were 73% in the black community - Source: http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/unmarry.htm). that is so out of step with the rest of America that is has to be cultural to blacks. If it isn’t cultural then what is it?

"There is another class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs -- partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs...There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who do not want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public." -Booker T. Washington
