We'll reach the yellow soon, then it's on to the green!!
Please keep those donations coming in folks, we're going to need FR now more than ever. Obama is on the ropes, but he's just as dangerous to freedom as ever as long as he's in the White House.
Demand impeachment!!
Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. Don't let it expire on our watch.
Not on my watch!!
Never give-in, never give-up, never surrender!!
My friends, FR cannot survive as a platform to fight this never ending battle for freedom against the godless constitution hating socialists without your support.
If you have not done so already, please click the link above to donate via secure server or by mail to:
Free Republic - PO Box 9771 - Fresno, CA 93794
Make it a monthly if you can. Generous FReeper sponsors will kick in an extra ten bucks for each new monthly sign-up.
Or join I_be_tc's "300 Club" if you can. FReeper I_be_tc has donated $100 and challenges 300 other FReepers to match him to help bring this FReepathon to a successful conclusion. Over 140 FReepers have have joined the 300 Club since the challenge was issued!! Way to go, FReepers!!
Folks, there is no other way. We are not independently wealthy and we cannot provide this valuable resource for defending our liberty without your support.
Please help us keep FR alive.
Thank you very much!
God bless.

Daughter used to like their chicken poppers. They took it off the menu, put them back, took them off, on and on. They’re back but we haven’t bought them.

We don’t either. I’ve never eaten there, but I did order a mug and a little stuffed cow from them online.

White House Aide Calls Criticism of Obama Offensive
A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying that the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers trying to drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations. The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the presidents inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a hell week of controversy and missteps. He pointedly rejected Republican criticisms of the presidents actions and leadership style as offensive and absurd, and he said the administration would not be distracted from doing the nations business. In his appearances, Mr. Pfeiffer faced often tough questioning over the furors regarding the Internal Revenue Services targeted reviews of conservative groups; the lethal attack on an American diplomatic post in Benghazi, Libya, last September; and the Justice Departments seizure of journalists records. He repeatedly pointed the finger at Republicans for exploiting the three issues for political purposes, even as he urged them to work with the administration on legislation to revamp the immigration system and trim the budget deficit. His warning against fishing expeditions came when he was asked on the CBS program Face the Nation about a remark by the White House chief of staff, Denis R. McDonough, who had told The New York Times that he had instructed staff not to spend more than 10 percent of their time on the three controversies. The programs host, Bob Schieffer, asked whether that meant that the White House did not take the issues seriously. Oh, no. Absolutely not, Mr. Pfeiffer said. There are some very serious issues here, particularly the I.R.S., where there was inexcusable conduct that needs to be fixed. And thats going to happen. But he said that the president and his staff needed to keep actually doing the peoples work and fighting for the middle class. SNIP...LINK |

To Democrats, when George W. Bush was president, he was personally responsible for the actions of soldiers hed never met in a prison hed never visited on the other side of the planet. Every job loss was a pink slip signed by him to enrich his Halliburton masters. Now that Barack Obama is president, the people he appointed to cabinet positions not only arent responsible for the actions of their subordinates, they arent responsible for their own actions. We have a Wendy’s nearby that was good for a while, then went bad and now is back to being good again. They make a good hamburger, and my husband likes their chicken sandwiches. I think that they also make little breaded and fried chicken bits.

The Great State of Arkansas
***
"Arkansas is a state located in the Southern region of the United States. Its name is an Algonquian name of the Quapaw Indians. The state's diverse geography ranges from the mountainous regions of the Ozarks and the Ouachita Mountains, which make up the U.S. Interior Highlands, to the eastern lowlands along the Mississippi River and the Arkansas Delta. Arkansas is the 29th most extensive and the 32nd most populous of the 50 United States. The capital and most populous city is Little Rock, located in the central portion of the state. The Territory of Arkansas was admitted to the union as the 25th state on June 15, 1836.
The name Arkansas derives from the same root as the name for the state of Kansas. The Kansa tribe of Native Americans are closely associated with the Sioux tribes of the Great Plains. The word Arkansas itself is a French pronunciation (Arcansas) of a Quapaw (a related Kaw tribe) word, akakaze, meaning land of downriver people or the Sioux word akakaze meaning people of the south wind.
