Jay Carney tells us Obama and Hillary spoke at 10 PM. The next day Hillary issued a stement that mentioned the video. Call me partisan, but I believe those two concocted the video lie during that 10 PM conversation. We know for sure they didn’t come up with a rescue attempt. I believe they prepared their alibi....

Why hasn't the Congressional investigation team subpoenaed the recorded phone conversations? You know they exist, or DID. NSA more than likely has records.

They may very well have already done so. Lord knows every Executive Branch in recent memory has been extremely reluctant to reveal any internal communications. Unless of course it serves their purpose.
