WASHINGTON (KMOX) – Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-MO, issued a video statement Friday in response to reports that the Internal Revenue Service unfairly targeted conservative nonprofit groups.
“I’m mad. It is un-American, it is wrong, and we have to make sure that this gets fixed,” Missouri’s senior senator said. “There’s a reason Lady Justice wears a blindfold in America. That is because in America, we don’t apply the law based on who you are, who you know, or what you believe. We apply the law equally.”
McCaskill went on to say that the targeting of one group based on political beliefs “infuriates” her.
“We should not only fire the head of the IRS, which has occurred, but we’ve got to go down the line and find every single person who had anything to do with this and make sure that they are removed from the IRS and the word goes out that this is unacceptable,” she said. “It is un-American, it is wrong, and it cannot occur again.”

they need to be stopped from saying that the head of the IRS has been fired. He was already retiring, and the person that was head of that dept has been promoted.

This is McCaskill showing the useful idiots a preview of life in a socialist state. None of the privileged classes are ever accountable for their orders. Only the underlings feel the brunt for carrying the orders out.

This was not done by a few rogues. When they send the FBI and Homeland Security after you at the same time then this cannot be attributed to anything but administration policy.

We need to (1)kick every member of congress out of office, (2)make it illegal for any former member of congress to ever serve as a lobbyist.

I absolutely agree, and I would also like to make a law that states that for any given fiscal year that a federal budget is not passed and signed, then every senator, congressman and president shall receive no pay for that fiscal year and shall be ineligible to run for re-election for their currently held office or for any other federal elected position, ever.
And yes, that means if a president allows one year to go by without a budget then he cannot run for re-election, nor can any sitting congressman or any sitting senator.
No more continuing resolutions, or everyone loses their job.
They’ll just hire them back somewhere else in the ravenous bugblatter beast that is the gov’t.
