USBC News Wire- Rather than being a single instance of scandalous targeting of citizens by the IRS, questions are arising as to whether the scandal has merely exposed a more institutionalized abuse of the power in the Internal Revenue Service.
In 2012, Senators Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Al Franken (D-MN), both urged the IRS to clamp down on 501(c)(4) organizations, which are precisely the types of conservative organizations the IRS revealed it has been targeting for increased scrutiny during the Obama administration. Former comedian, Sen. Al Franken is reportedly said to have commented on the ability of groups to form into 501(c)(4) organizations during a press conference March 21, 2012, stating, "there hasnt been enforcement by the FEC and the IRS," and stating, "Thats pretty hinky(sic)...

Sickos these leftists
We need candidates that will actually campaign by saying what leftists do and how they target citizens and take away freedoms. Do it forcefully and don’t be afraid. This could help us for years if the candidates aren’t afraid to say what the dems are doing and how it affects America. I will be so mad if they don’t use this for all it’s worth for 2014. So far, no one can ever point out the damage that dems do.
FRANKEN WAS NEVER A COMEDIAN!!!
Haha, touche!
Then just de-fund them until they comply.
“ At this point.. What difference does it make ?”
The Libturd agenda is to stall, obfiscate , and lie until it becomes ‘old news’.

The only things the bam has quickly addressed are the arrest of a black professor and the shooting of trayvon martin.
...ok...how do you get the media to cover it? Yesterday, after the testimony of Miller...when he was asked if it were ok to ask religious groups about the content of their prayers...he refused to answer...I am not aware of one MSM outlet that covered this question and non-answer.
Why would that be? There’s lots of stuff out there about the corruption of this administration...but the low and moderate information voter never hears...because the MSM covers for their messiah.
They can stonewall, and then audit anyone who criticized them.
We already live in a fascist dictatorship.
Proud "Progressive Democrat" Barbara Buono is on track to become the first major party nominee in New Jersey state history who fails to raise enough money in the primary to qualify for maximum public financing.
NJ Democrats are registered 10-1 but Buono can't even raise enough money to qualify for matching funds. Buonos campaign war chest is so skimpy she may not generate enough contributions to secure all of her public matching funds for the primary or general election. NOTE Buono is running in a crowded latino state---and was just endorsed by an Hispanic group. (SOURCE http://www.nj.com/)

WASHINGTON (KMOX) Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-MO, responded to reports that the Internal Revenue Service unfairly targeted conservative nonprofit groups. Im mad. It is un-American, it is wrong, and we have to make sure that this gets fixed, Missouris senior senator said. Theres a reason Lady Justice wears a blindfold in America. That is because in America, we dont apply the law based on who you are, who you know, or what you believe. We apply the law equally.
McCaskill went on to say, We should not only fire the head of the IRS, which has occurred, but weve got to go down the line and find every single person who had anything to do with this and make sure that they are removed from the IRS and the word goes out that this is unacceptable, she said. It is un-American, it is wrong, and it cannot occur again.

Put those senators in prison.
EXCERPT--Obamas decision to launch his own political non-profit organization (for which he got fast-track IRS approval) has some Democrats wondering: Is he just in it for himself? Obamas new group, Organizing for Action, will focus on his policy agenda not on electing Democratic candidates by raising unlimited amounts of cash and accessing the presidents secret list of 20 million supporters, volunteers and donors.
The Obama operation wont share money, resources or the priceless Obama email list with the DNC or campaign committees that help elect members of Congress, governors and legislators. And it has no plans to coordinate efforts, leading some Democrats to worry that it will take money and manpower away from the party as it heads into the 2014 elections for control of Congress.
Theres only so much money to go around in Democratic circles. Theres a limited pool of resources, said Gilda Cobb Hunter, a South Carolina legislator and a member of the Democratic National Committee. Why cant we strengthen one entity? Several DNC members said in interviews that they werent told about Organizing for Actions formation until it was publicly announced in January. They said that when theyd complained, they were chastised and told by national and state party leaders not to speak publicly.
Most spoke to McClatchy only on condition of anonymity in order to talk candidly about the internal party dispute. Party Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a congresswoman from Florida, tried to alleviate concerns in a conference call with Democrats in March, stressing that the groups wouldnt compete for money and resources in part because they had different missions. --SNIP--

QUESTION: Obama's non-profit will rake in millions----how many ways can he steal the money for his own use later on?
ANSWER: The money Obama is after now can fund Democrat contests and other nefarious schemes to solidify his power over Americans easily.
Obama taking the "non-profit" route for political fundraising is instructive---b/c non-profits are notorious for financial hanky-panky. It's ridiculously easy to siphon off huge amounts of money via a non-profit.
CASE IN POINT--infamous Madoff The Ponzi stung later investors but it was a front for facilitating money-laundering and tax evasion for Madoff's phony "philanthropist" pals.
Dozens of so-called "investments" were setup for Ponzi King Madoff by California "philanthropist" Stanley Chais. The self-styled "philanthropist" had collected a staggering $270 million between 1995-2008, and had been "donating" (read laundering) large sums to religious groups and other non-profits.
Beneficiaries of the Chais largess were the prestigious Weizmann Institute of Science---Technion-Israel Institute of Technology--Hebrew Univ of Jerusalem. (SOURCE The Wizard of Lies--Bernie Madoff and the Death of Trust- book by Diana Henriques.)
Chais has been honored for his "generosity" ----keep in mind Weizmann Institute of Science---Technion-Israel Institute of Technology--Hebrew U of Jerusalem---are all "non-profits"---perfect vehicles for money laundering and tax evasion.
THE NON-PROFIT MODUS OPERANDI (A SELECTION): There's literally gazillions of ways for a n/p to raise tons of money posing as an altruist (as Ohaha is doing)---then loot the organization and its donors. Here's a few.
(1) one non-profit writes a check to another n/p---the second n/p takes a cut and deposits the rest for the first n/p's use later.
(2) N/p budgets siphon off money via phantom employees listed on payrolls;
(3) N/p budget items list fictitious "building projects, legal fees, PR fees, accounting fees" and so on.
(4) N/p funds are "donated" to a religious or "needy" entity----the latter takes a cut, then launders the money via a deaf dumb and blind bank. NOTE Israel is the only place in the world where one can go to a bank w/ a suitcase full of cash and no one asks where it came from or if taxes were paid on it. (Israel did not want to be tagged the world's top money launderer, but powerful Orthodox religious parties balked at changing Israeli law.)
Is it possible for the companies/people that were harassed to bring law suits against the individuals who were involved (so far, those 4 in Cincinnati) for Civil Rights violations?
I don’t know but I hope so!
