Our favorite grocery closed because people came to dine and brought their kids and did NOT pay. They had to lock up the formula because women were filling their kids bottles and leaving the empty cans in the aisle. They’d eat produce too, you know, the stuff sold by weight.
That’s outrageous. I have taken a cold Diet Coke from the case near the check out counter on a rare occasion when I was ready to pass out in the Super Walmart, and paid for it at the check out counter. Of course the cashier could easily see exactly what I was doing.
