Yeah, that's crap. There have been brilliant blacks throughout history. "African-Americans" have a different story.
During the cold war, the Soviets waged a propaganda war on inner city blacks transforming their cultural attitude to what we see today...ie If you are black, you must be a socialist. The NAACP and other race baiters have done a bang-up job keeping it that way.

Yet every IQ test and standardized test ever given shows my statement to be correct that black people, on average, have the lowest IQs, score the lowest on tests, and perform the worst academically. Nobody disputes this truth, but instead people posit different theories as to why the intellectual gap exists.
The fact that you cite “brilliant blacks throughout history” evidences that you don’t understand the concept of an average. I did not suggest that there hasn’t been brilliant blacks throughout history. Obviously there has been and always will be. That, however, does not refute the truth about the IQ difference which remains constant at one standard deviation.
Try actually studying the topic before summarily dismissing it based on your PC feelings.

There are cultural differences (such as perceiving education as “white”) that have played no small part in the marginalization of blacks; these cannot be ignored. The poverty industry has simply grown too large (and employs far too many whites) to make any attempt to fix it. There is no biological difference in brains here; the difference is what is done with them. As an increasing number of whites fall into the same habits, it will be more difficult to ascribe any racial significance to them.
