I consider myself something of a political junkie (a requirement for being here to begin with) but until yesterday I had never heard of Ms. Ruemmler. She is clearly “bus material,” an expendable non-entity to throw to the wolves. None of these people are calling for Holder, Sebelius, that hideous DHS man-woman Napolitano, or any of the other chief suspects to resign.
True, but if they are unlucky this will turn into a self-perpetuating story, and for each "bus-sacrifice" the journalists (yes, even them!) and the voters wil be baying for the next one....
Benghazi is of course the real story, the one that spells treason, but politically I think the IRS is the one that's really dangerous. Dangerous not only for the sitting president and his adminstration, but for the whole political elite. Tax authorities are never popular.....
