GLAD someone thinks it is a ‘lighter moment’. In case it escapes you, the CUSTOMERS in this case do not have an option to ‘shop elsewhere’.

We are not CUSTOMERS... let’s dispense with that tommyrot crap right now. We are TAXPAYERS.

CUSTOMERS are buying a product willingly. We are not and our only choice to not buy the product is to NOT EARN ANY MONEY or NOT LIVE HERE or GO TO JAIL. Those are not choices a CUSTOMER makes.
