Good. Now defund every stinkin' bit of it. Here's the thing: it doesn't matter if the House votes to repeal it or not. All they have to do is refuse to fund it and it doesn't happen. Period. End of story. The House controls the purse strings. If they don't appropriate the funds, the program doesn't happen.
