President Barack Obama issued an executive order in January 2009 stripping the CIA of its authority to take prisoners. …But was the 'consulate' in Benghazi run by the CIA or the State Department's cia ?

" Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) pressed the witnesses on the drone missions in Libya on Wednesday, suggesting those operations could have spurred the deadly consulate attack.
Brennan, though, declined to provide further details on whether U.S. drone operations in Libya before the Benghazi attack included airstrikes. "

P.S. Some questions for those with military or weapons experience.
Is the above PREDATOR DRONE (the same model that was in use over Benghazi) EQUIPPED with MISSILES ?
Is the DRONE in the picture ARMED ?
Are the MISSILES on the DRONE ARMED ?
The DRONE OPERATOR who called in to Hannity said... "we were not allowed to be 'armed'.... that night."
Any fighter pilots out there that know what ARMING the missiles means ?

A faster military response would have saved at least some of the four Americans. Ok have a hard time understanding why they would label this as a myth.
There is no doubt that if say, the 108th Airborn had dropped down a few minutes after the attack had started then it is very unlikely any of the four would have been killed.
A faster military response would have saved at least some if not all of the four Americans. There is no doubt this is true.
