Sure sounds like it. It sounds like he was part of developing and implementing Obama's "feel the pain of the sequester" project. And he served as an attorney in the Justice's civil rights division, which if during Obama's first term, means he was on board with the reverse discrimination policies.

I think so and the thinking seems to be since he was already confirmed once, he will sail through Congress.

Congress should put an indefinite hold on him until we get a special prosecutor for the IRS investigation...but they won’t.

If the IRS has no head, won’t that slow down the implementation of ObamaCare? If so, I’ll be very disappointed if someone doesn’t put a hold on the nomination!
