This one puts the activists in a quandary.
If they argue it isn’t murder than it can’t really be a violation of the victims rights.
If they argue that her rights were violated, then it’s admitting murder.
There would appear to be a number of equal protection issues here.
It won’t get that far. The murder charge is probably designed to get the guy to quickly plead to a lesser charge like assault.
