Off topic question. In Fast and Furious 0bama "gave" Holder Executive Privilege to prevent Congress from subpoenaing him and forcing him to testify. Two problems with that; one, EP is only for the Pres., two, EP is not allowed in criminal cases. Here's the question...

Congress was going to go to a court to challenge 0 giving H EP. Has it gone to court? Did the court approve of 0 giving H EP?

Amazing the lengths these people will go to to save their ass. I may be wrong, but I think it’s incorrect to say Holder can’t answer questions because he’s recused himself.

Guess what? Per last night's Mark Levin show, Holder, in his recent testimony before Congress, stated that he recused himself VERBALLY, to the assistant AG, and he can't remember when(!).

Obama used legal technicalities in the 2008 Democratic caucuses to steal the states in which Hillary actually won the primary vote. He and his team construct barriers around their thuggery with legal manuvers. They’re very good at it. You can be sure that he and his thugs have a legal way out of all of these scandals. They’ve planned it very carefully. Count on it. He cannot be taken down and he WILL NOT resign.
