The law took a look at the political speech of those who would support life and concluded that the First Amendment right was as nothing compared to the sensibilities of the women who might seek abortion and the sensitivities of their would be abortionists.

Rather than vindicating the principle of speech speech the First Amendment was sacrificed to the subjective feelings of these individuals.

I think it was John Adams who said that our republic would be a nation of laws, not men.

The liberal version of political correctness has turned this principle upside down, now the law has no value if you go against what is deemed "uncool" by whatever is the current progressive zeitgeist.

What's currently "cool" is how this judge came up with this ruling; the obvious and clear way he should have ruled on this case, if he had gone by a clear reading of the law, the ruling would have by necessity gone the other way.

A nation of cool, progressive men, not laws.
