The only way anyone is going to prison is to....

- secure testimony under oath
- develop case/evidence that violations of U.S. laws were committed
- issue indictments
- with consequent trials by jury

The congress is the only hope, because Obama and his cronies will only settle this issue by way of obscure ‘disciplinary’ actions and some firings of underlings. All the MANAGING culprits will be protected and remain in place. And “scandal” will be over. Unless CONGRESS ACTS, as they are responsible to doing under their “oversight” responsibility under the U.S. Constitution.

Now, getting softasssss Boehner to act is an entirely different matter.

Congress cannot issue indictments.

Hopefully you know that.

Congress holds hearings. They investigate. If they believe laws were violated, they can only refer the matters to prosecutors in the criminal justice system. Those prosecutors can either pursue, or not pursue the case.

Let me suggest that people at lower levels in the IRS need to be encouraged to rat out their superiors who in turn need to be encouraged to rat out anyone in or outside the agency all the way up to the WH. Or people who took their marching orders from Democrat leftist thug pols such as Senators. I heard on Mark Levin that Carl Levin of MI had sicked the IRS on organizations he did not like.

This is systemic and is the tip of the iceberg.
