Can the House not get a subpoena for these, seeing as they are not classified?
In the words of zero and holder, I don’t know. You seem to think its not out of the question. Maybe some news reader or better yet real reporter or journalist, will pick that question up.
Jason Chaffetz last night told Greta “yes”, they can subpoena. He says there are about 2.500 docs .... the State Dept has let the committee members look at them & take notes, but no copies ... & a State “minder” is there the whole time & takes notes on what the committee members are looking at, etc. Anyway, he said they can subpoena, but they are taking it step by step and making progress. My guess is they are getting all they can via any means but subpoena because once they do that, the same thing will happen as with Holder/F&F.
