Thats the revelation made by California Congressman Devin Nunes, who sits on the House Ways And Means Committee on Hugh Hewitts Show Wednesday night. Heres the key part of that transcript:
HH: The idea that this might be a Geithner-Axelrod plan, and by that, the sort of intimation, Henry II style, will no one rid me of this turbulent priest, will no one rid me of these turbulent Tea Parties, that might have just been a hint, a shift of an eyebrow, a change in the tone of voice. Thats going to take a long time to get to. I dont trust the Department of Justice on this. Do you, Congressman Nunes?
DN: No, I absolutely do not, especially after this wiretapping incident, essentially, of the House of Representative. I dont think people are focusing on the right thing when they talk about going after the AP reporters. The big problem that I see is that they actually tapped right where Im sitting right now, the Cloak Room.

This is BIG!
That’s impeachment material. Worse than Nixon. In fact, that’s criminal prosecution after removal from office.
Methinks Valerie Jarrett went a bit too far.
The GOP won’t do squat!
Is POSHITUS switching tack and aiming for scandal fatigue?
I’m not trying to look all these gift horses in the mouth, but wow.
Wow, el presidente crossed someone for all this to be breaking....
This may be the next shoe.
Maybe the Clinton machine has the war room back to turn on Obama.
Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!
To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I dont add you to the list...
Congress cannot stand for this. Holder and Obama must go.
Does the regime really expect us to believe that national security was in such immediate jeopardy that they were forced to obtain records of both the press and Congress, yet no one bothered to ever tell the President of the United States, that Obama learned of this when the American people did?
Kinda dwarfs the Watergate plumbers...
The GOP wont do squat!
That’s what they are hoping for, but I think they have finally gone too far. They really need to man up and call out the person in charge and impeach-Barack Hussein Obama.
why would they wiretap these wongos when every conversation is the same day after day
“whatta you want to do today”
“i dunno whatta you wanna do”
“hey check out the fins on that one....”
another racist shoe has dropped. But His Zeroness had nothing to do with this surely.
So what Congressman Nunes is saying is that when the DOJ tapped the AP, they picked up any members of Congress who were talking to the AP...
...but of course Holder knows nothing about this, absolutely nothing. That alone should be a firing offense. He is at BEST wholly incompetent. If the IRS commissioner got the ax for the “rogue actions” of low-level staffers, shouldn’t Holder get the same (though for a moment I don’t think he wasn’t in on this)?
Why do I think this avalanche of scandalous information is Hillary trying to knock Benghazi off the front pages?
DN: So when they went after the AP reporters, right? Went after all of their phone records, they went after the phone records, including right up here in the House Gallery, right up from where Im sitting right now. So you have a real separation of powers issue that did this really rise to the level that you would have to get phone records that would, that would most likely include members of Congress, because as you know
Yup. Askeered of riots by da brudders when their Homey gets dumped.
More intimidation by a bunch of low life gang bangers who never should have been in the White House, not even for a visit.

Before everyone goes TOO far off the deep end, the congressman mis-spoke when he said “tapping”. This was still discussing the obtaining of the AP phone records, not actually tapping lines. What the congressman was referring to is the fact that some of those phone records were records of calls between AP reporters and phones in the congressional cloak room. So those records could possibly show that certain congressmen were in touch with AP reporters, but ostensibly could not show what was discussed. That does not make it any better, but probably keeps it from reaching the “I” word...
