Got bit by a brown recluse over a year ago.
Took nearly 3 months to completely heal, left a silver dollar sized dent in my side.
A vaccine to stop the damage would have been very nice.

I met a fellow who had a healed brown recluse bite in his upper arm. It was at least 2 inches across and cratered at least 1/4 inch. Nasty stuff.
