He's turning the underclass into a political class...just like Chavez did in Venezuela
We can add to that the government employee class. Most of the links I followed when Chavez died led to “grieved” citizens mourning their loss. Most of those citizens were government employees. They are well fed and cared for by those who pay taxes.
