Holder has used this trick before. Once the “investigation” is started, the Justice Dept. can ignore all press and Congressional requests for information on the topic by saying, “We’re in the middle of an investigation.” They stall until the smoking guns are lost and the public has lost interest.

Congress has way more power over the IRS than over other agencies. They can’t stonewall this one because Congress can deal with the IRS directly. The Kenyan is SOL!
