The elites, no matter what party or claim to beliefs, also want a steady supply of nannies, gardeners, and housekeepers.
That's the real issue. The business community wants to privatize profits (increased profit margins from lower-cost workers) while socializing costs (the cost of the government benefits those low-cost workers consume).

1) The US economy increasingly needs high-IQ/high-skill people.
2) There is a strong correlation between IQ and genetics, in that low-IQ parents tend to have kids with below-average IQ, and high-IQ parents tend to have kids with above-average IQ.
