For all practical purposes the Obama Presidency is over. It’s all Select Committees and Special Prosecutors and Democrats running for the tall grass from here on out.

I agree and here's why. A choice must be made. It's either the Democratic Party or Obama. The media must choose, and it seems as if they've chosen. The party could be relegated to the political basement for decades to come if they don't get him out of the (white)house.

Once it's clear that the media are no longer in protection mode concerning Obama, this will give party apparatchiks the signal to move. And move they will, it means the survival of the party in general, and particular jobs within it now. This has become a political existential issue for the Democrat Party.
