Only if Gosnell becomes a Mumia-like cause celebre of the left while in prison, and I doubt that will happen. I bet most on the left want for Gosnell to be forgotten. He needed a not guilty verdict if he wanted to be on Obama's bus instead of beneath it.
“I expect 0bama to pardon him at the end of his term.”
The prosecution should have kept one murder uncharged in case of just such a pardon.
