Prisoners traditionally are very hard on child molesters and child abusers. I imagine they are also very hard on child killers. But Gosnell is in another league altogether.
I would not be shocked if some amazingly violent criminals see him as the personification of evil that must be destroyed. They can be odd that way, seeking redemption in fighting evil worse than anything they ever did.

It's interesting how people in prison often have a clearer understanding of evil than those on the outside.
