Calling upon an “acting commissioner” to resign is ludicrous since he is only a placeholder and has virtually no authority on policy. They need to go back and grill Shulman and then charge him with perjury.

Miller, who has spent more than 20 years at the IRS, has been a deputy commissioner since September 2009. He previously headed the IRSs exempt organizations division. Check what I said in my last post...Miller was eyeball deep in this and needs to not only resign but go to jail too, taking Shulman and their underlings with him.
