“What’s the point in impeaching now when Senate is controlled by Dems?”
Obviously, it wouldn’t occur. But supposing the GOP were able to capture the Senate in 2014, it might theoretically occur in 2015. But given the Republicans’ chronic cowardice and incompetence, how likely is that?
They will politic over the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law...like they always do.
