I think an acquittal would have had the impact of the Dred Scott decision - it would clarify matters for fence sitters and look-awayers.

It will be interesting to see if the death cult tries to help their brother Kermit by funding an appeal. I think a quick execution is the best outcome for Planned Parenthood - flush Gosnell and say he was a one-off, back to business as usual.
