To: Big Giant Head

The recent SC decision, even though it affirmed the 2 nd amendment rights of individuals to keep and bear arms, left the door open for restrictions on those rights. If they pass laws restricting how, when, and where you can bear those arms it will most likely pass constitutional muster according to the SC.

Once again, the USSC is part of the federal government. They derive their power from the document they swear an oath to uphold and defend. If they think there are any “constitutional restrictions” that pass muster, they are wrong. I don’t care if they’ve had dozens of years of law study.

ALL federal gun laws are NOT able to be Constitutional because of the phrase “shall not”. That means an absolute brick wall against ANY infringement. NONE. Zero.

Any federal gun law arrest should be a fight against the law itself.
