That’s an interesting angle I hadn’t thought of.
But since he has retired..can they touch his government or military pension?

I'd have to ask so e military expert on that one but one thing I do know is, just like the Clinton's used the some 1,100 FBI files to shut down their critics and enemies, Obama is doing the same, in spades!
I also note that just after Benghazi, Patraeus was forced to step down for his post at CIA and I don't think it was a coincidence!

I remember once upon a time I asked that question of a government employee while I was a government employee. The response from fellow employee was ... We are the government, We can do anything we want to. At that moment it was a private conversation.
Think what the answer would be from a zealot employed in the obama regime. Want to see a watch this moment? Let the obama zealot pick up the phone and show you what an obama zealot can do. Scared yet?

But since he has retired..can they touch his government or military pension? Retired or not, IIRC he is still under oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same (as have all of us who have ever pledged our lives and sacred honor in the service of our country, in whatever capacity: our moral obligation still rests on us).
Is this not correct?
