If there was severe drought throughout the midwest, where would the moisture come from to create big thunder storms and tornados?

So if there’s an increase in torandos, it’s ‘man-caused’ globull wamring’s ‘fault’ and if there is a lack of tornados, it’s ‘man-caused’ globull wamring’s ‘fault’?
