We still have a lot of family in the neighborhood, rural area where people seldom move from.
I have lost a lot of friends I worked with though.
When I started most were WWII and Korean war vets.
The next lowest guy had 10 years with the company.
Ain't many left from the bunch I started with.
Three passed within the last year.
At 21, when I started, learned a lot of common sense and what having it tough was really about.
Was my privilege and good luck to know that generation.
