Should there be statutory rape when the adult is a hot 25-year-old chick and the “victim” is a 16-year-old young man? I’d give my son a high-five for that and ask if he wore a condom... and maybe get on his case some for blabbing about it afterwards. A man needs to be a gentleman, after all.
If the genders were reversed, though, a 25-year-old male teacher who raped my 16-year-old daughter (or son) would find himself six feet under. I have no problem with this double-standard.
It’s not rape if the sex is mutually consented to, especially if the lucky beneficiary is a male! She violated her duty as a teacher yes, but any teen would give his left arm to violate her!
