The “monitor” actually said that I would not be able to take my son at that time, and he would have to ride the bus—no note, no kid Would it really have been too much trouble to write out a note and give it to the monitor?

Of course not, but she was neither asking for a note right then, or accepting them.

Would it really have been too much trouble to write out a note and give it to the monitor? well if the *rules* state that the *note* must be submitted before pickup, then the daily schedule gets a last minute change, i guess the parent would have to have a time machine to produce the note eh ???
