It was around Christmas in 2002 when a little puppy was born to a junkyard dog. She had no front legs.
She was rejected and abused by her mother. Rueben Stringfellow adopted her at age 3 weeks and took her home to his mom, Jude Stringfellow. They took care loving care of her.
Veterinarians advised them to euthanize Faith. Instead, using a spoon with peanut butter as an incentive, Jude taught Faith to hop. But Faith began to walk on her own!
You see, the family's Corgi would bark at Faith from another room, or nip her heels to urge her to walk.
Jude wrote a book about Faith titled, "Faith Walks"
